I’m Sally and I’ve set myself the challenge of trying fifty-two new things a year since 2018.

From the daft to the daring, the easy to the extreme, and anything in-between. I love an adventure, whatever the size. 

When did you last intentionally try something you’ve never done before? Whether it’s a big step out of your comfort zone, trying a new skill, or just something you’ve never had a go at, there are a whole host of benefits to experiencing new things.

I’m on a mission to encourage more people to try new things – so dive in! You’ll find tales of my antics here, along with advice, tips, inspiration and motivation so that you can give things a go too. 

You don’t have to try 52 new things a year, but if you can challenge yourself to do new things, you can change your world.
